What a wonderful day it was!
THANKS to all students and families that attended! We appreciate
each and every donation to LIVESTRONG - it all makes a
difference! The school was filled with yellow links which showed
the students the power of "Unity Is Strength." The LIVESTRONG
Olympics were all about making a commitment to live
positive......."Attitude is Everything." The "Wheels of Freestyle"
show was unbelievable!! The crowd loved every moment and the stunt
bike riders shared so much about safety and making good choices in
your life......."Knowledge is Power."
It was an awesome day and evening and it would not be possible to
put on an event like this without all of you wonderful people from
PTA & DART and many student & parent volunteers.....even a former
Deterding Teacher!! I cannot thank you all enough for your time and
your efforts!!
